Dear PakMail,

I stopped by your store today and was so pleased with the service I got from Freddie that I had to write a note.

I didn't know anything about shipping a package, and it was already 5:30pm, a half-hour after the web indicated that your last ship time had passed.  Freddie patiently explained what my shipping options were, what the ballpark delivery dates might be and what costs would be involved.  He then had me fill out the form, explaining the choices there were - he had to do some serious hand-holding.  Finally he let me know (without hurrying me) that I could "make" today's shipment - the FedEx truck hadn't left yet!

Freddie was well-informed, explained things clearly, was very patient, and most important to me, helped me get done what I needed to get done: ship my package today.

Please commend him - at the end of the day he did a good job.  I was very happy with the process and result.

Hi Mike,

I wanted to tell you that the shipment arrived on Friday. My daughter helped me unpack each piece. You did an amazing job of packing. Everything came in PERFECT condition. Thank you so much. As I told you, I had never seen the china, well maybe when I was a little girls visiting my Aunt, but not in recent years. I just wanted to have it since she wanted to give it to me and since it would be something I could have for years to remember her by. My married daughter loved the pattern, as I did, so we were even more excited to receive the treasure. Since I was having holiday dinner tonight, what better timing. We washed the pieces and set the table and it looked beautiful.

So again, thanks so much for your efforts in making this project happen - I appreciate your making the extra trip to pick up the dishes. If you ever need a recommendation, please use me as a contact.
