I wanted to tell you that the shipment arrived on Friday. My daughter helped me unpack each piece. You did an amazing job of packing. Everything came in PERFECT condition. Thank you so much. As I told you, I had never seen the china, well maybe when I was a little girls visiting my Aunt, but not in recent years. I just wanted to have it since she wanted to give it to me and since it would be something I could have for years to remember her by. My married daughter loved the pattern, as I did, so we were even more excited to receive the treasure. Since I was having holiday dinner tonight, what better timing. We washed the pieces and set the table and it looked beautiful.
So again, thanks so much for your efforts in making this project happen - I appreciate your making the extra trip to pick up the dishes. If you ever need a recommendation, please use me as a contact.

I am writing to you just to let you know that I received the Wurlitzer yesterday. Thank you very much for all your help, the crate was great, I didn't expect that it would be that big and stable. I attached some photos of the arrival and how we opened the crate.
